1. The process of making noodles:
First, pour the flour into the vibrating screen for screening, and the sifted flour will be quantitatively transported to the flour mixer through the air delivery system, and then add water and salt in proportion to start mixing. The flour mixer will evenly mix the noodles and water into granules, and the mixing time lasts for 15-20 minutes. The flour mixer can be divided into high, medium and low gear frequency conversion speed regulation and flour, so as to achieve the desired effect.
2. Patch thickness adjustment:
Use the handwheel to adjust the patch thickness. In the process of production, the gap of the roll needs to be adjusted in the actual production process, which can not be achieved overnight. In the case of unskilled equipment, we all recommend that the customer stop the machine for adjustment, and emphasize that the handwheel must be locked after adjustment, because in general, it is not necessary to adjust the thickness of the face once it is determined. This greatly saves the time for customers to adjust the patches in the production process, and affects the production efficiency of the instant noodle production line.
